How to Use Receipt Analyzer

📌 Follow These Steps to Get Started

Step 1: Choose a File to Upload

Click on the "Upload Receipts" button to select up to 12 receipt images from your computer.

Step 2: Process Your Receipt

Our system will automatically scan and extract important details such as the date, store name, and total amount.

Step 3: Download the Spreadsheet

Once processing is complete, you can download a categorized spreadsheet of your transactions.

Step 4: Organize Your Records

You can copy and paste each Excel sheet into your main financial tracking spreadsheet to keep everything in one place.

âš  Upload Limit: 12 Receipts at a Time

Due to server costs, you can upload up to *12 receipts per batch*. If the service gets enough funding, we will upgrade to allow larger uploads.

💳 How to Use the Bank Statement Analyzer

Step 1: Upload Your Bank Statement

Click on the "Bank Statement Analyzer" button and upload your PDF bank statement.

Step 2: Automatic Categorization

The system will extract transactions, redact account details, and categorize your spending.

Step 3: View Your Summary & Download

Review your categorized transactions and download the summary in an Excel file for easy financial tracking.
